Our Intelligent products use machine learning algorithms to process, determine, validate, and decide on optimal pricing and engagement outcomes.
Segmentation
Subscriber segmentation is performed using multiple customer attributes. Attributes include: Static (e.g. Gender), Calculated (e.g. ARPU) or Algorithmic (e.g. propensity to churn) which are populated through our ETL components and process various sources of data (CDR, EDR, call centre etc.)
